Online Registration

Registration cut-off date is 1 week prior to the start of the tournament. This helps us with catering and table arrangements for the presentation dinner at the end of the tournament. If you are completing this registration form after this date, or would like to make a change to a registration you made earlier, please call Heff on 0409 610 869.

Vessel details

IMPORTANT: All entrants must have current Insurance Certificate of vessel on board. All entry forms and full payment must be received by 31st October. The competition is strictly limited to 25 vessels and entrants will be accepted on a first paid guaranteed entry basis.

Anglers

Each angler must be a current affiliated member of Game Fishing Association of Australia (GFAA) to be able to compete in the tournament.

Angler 1

If this angler is not a member of one of the GFAA clubs, they can sign up with Port Douglas Fishing Club Inc. for $50.

Angler 2

If this angler is not a member of one of the GFAA clubs, they can sign up with Port Douglas Fishing Club Inc. for $50.

Angler 3

If this angler is not a member of one of the GFAA clubs, they can sign up with Port Douglas Fishing Club Inc. for $50.

Angler 4

If this angler is not a member of one of the GFAA clubs, they can sign up with Port Douglas Fishing Club Inc. for $50.

ENTRY FEES

There is an entry fee of $395.00 per registered angler and $250.00 per boat (1 skipper and 1 crew). Additional Crew $125 per head and Additional Guests to attend functions $85 per head.

For example: Boat with 3 Anglers on board with skipper and 1 crew, total cost = $1435. $395 x 3 = $1185 + $250 = $1435

The registration is only valid once full payment has been received.

Anglers may join Port Douglas Fishing Club at a cost of $50 per person.

Price: $395 per angler.   Affiliated GFAA members are eligible for tournament prizes, shirts and presentation dinner.

Price: $250 per boat.   This covers 1 skipper and 1 crew member. Both are eligible for shirts, prizes and presentation dinner.

Price: $125 per person.   All are eligible for tournament prizes, shirts and presentation dinner.

Price: $85 per person.   These are people that are not taking part in the actual tournament but would like to attend the presentation dinner. This information is critical information for our catering and table arrangements.
